The kosha studio

See your kosha before it is built.

Forty-eight hours after your first visit, your kosha arrives drawn to its real size, in its colours and flowers, and we refine it with you until you are sure. No deposit until you say: this is the one.

  1. Showroom visit

You sit with your coordinator at our showroom, get to know the halls, touch the fabrics and flowers and see our kosha models.

  2. Your 3D design within 48 hours

Our designer draws the kosha and the hall to their real size and in colour, and refines them with you until you say: this is the one.

  3. Deposit and contract

Only once you approve the design: a 30% deposit and a written contract with every item, its price and the setup and removal times.

  4. The night

You arrive at a hall ready exactly as you saw it in the design, with your coordinator there from the setup to the last guest.

Start with a showroom visit

The wedding night

Your night, hour by hour, as we arrange it.

One coordinator in the hall, from the first light hung to the last kosha taken down.

  1. 10:00

    Setup begins

The flowers arrive fresh from the market in the morning, and the kosha and lighting team starts work in the hall.

  2. 17:00

    The final walkthrough

Your coordinator checks every table, seat and light, and runs the zaffa music and lighting one last time.

  3. 19:30

    Doors open

Guests are welcomed with Arabic coffee, dates and incense, in the ladies’ hall and the men’s hall separately.

  4. 21:00

    The zaffa and the kosha

The lights dim, and the light curtain behind the kosha comes alive as the bride walks in.

  5. 23:00

    Dinner

Dinner is served at tables dressed with flowers and candles, and the hospitality coordinator looks after every table.

  6. 03:00

    Removal done

After the last guest leaves we take down the kosha and the lighting and hand over the hall; removal is included in the price.

Team

Who draws your night,
and who stands with you on it.

Each member’s next free time is worked out from their showroom hours in your country’s local time, and updates on the page by itself.

Common questions

Before your
first visit.

Didn’t find your question? Call or message us and we will answer during showroom hours.

We welcome you at the showroom with Arabic coffee and answer every question while you see the halls and flowers for yourselves.

How much is the deposit, and when do we pay it?

The deposit is 30% of the contract, and we only ask for it after you approve the 3D design. The rest is paid in two instalments: 40% a month before the wedding and 30% a week before.

How early should we book?

Thursday and Friday nights from October to April are usually booked six to nine months ahead. For weekdays and the summer months, three months is usually enough.

Can we view the hall on a wedding night?

Yes. With the hosts’ permission we arrange a short viewing before the guests arrive, between 19:00 and 19:30, so you see the lighting and the kosha as they really are. Choose “Hall viewing” when you book.

Do you offer a separate ladies’ hall?

Yes. Al Yasmine and the Garden Hall divide with a soundproof wall, each section with its own entrance and hospitality, and only women work in the ladies’ hall.

Is outside catering allowed?

Yes, from a licensed kitchen, with our hospitality team supervising the service. We can also recommend kitchens we work with.

When does the setup start and the removal end?

Setup starts at 10 am on the wedding day, and the evening before for a royal kosha. We finish the removal before 3 am, and setup and removal are included in the price.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, every price shown includes VAT. Prices start from the amount shown, and the final price is set after the design and the guest count.
