Six months is a comfortable time to prepare a wedding in Your country if the tasks are spread well. This is the plan we follow with families; it can be squeezed into three months for weekdays and the summer months.

Six months before

  • Set an approximate budget and guest count.
  • Visit the showroom and book the hall and the date.
  • Book your photographer: the popular ones go early.

Four months before

  • Approve the 3D kosha design and pay the deposit (30%).
  • Choose the colours of the night and the flower samples.
  • Start preparing the guest list.

Two months before

  • Send the invitations and ask for RSVPs.
  • Come to the dinner tasting.
  • Choose your zaffa music and send it to the lighting engineer.

One month before

  • Pay the second instalment (40%).
  • Fix the guest count and the table plan.
  • Book henna and beauty appointments.

One week before

  • Pay the final instalment (30%).
  • Confirm the final number for hospitality.
  • Go through the night hour by hour with your coordinator.

The wedding day

Our team starts the setup at 10 am, and your coordinator walks through the hall at 5 pm. As for you, your only job is to enjoy your night.

Note: The prices and timings in this guide are approximate for your country in 2026 and vary with the season and the guest count. For an exact quote, book a showroom visit.

How to estimate your guest count

Your guest count decides the hall, the tables, the flowers and dinner. Three lists and a realistic attendance rate spare you surprises.
