This page explains what data the Love Stor website collects and how we use and protect it.

Visit requests

When you request a showroom visit or a hall viewing we collect your name and phone number, the service, coordinator, day, time and type of visit, and anything you write in the notes, such as the wedding date and guest count. We use them to confirm the visit and remind you of it, and to prepare the design and quote if you ask for them.

Designs and quotes

The 3D designs and quotes we send you are yours: we show them to no one and never publish photos of your wedding without your written permission.

Accounts and the message form

• Client accounts: name, email address and password (stored encrypted).
• The contact form: your name, email address and message.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies needed for signing in and for protecting forms. Your browser keeps your choices in the booking wizard until you close the tab; none of this reaches us until you send a request. We use no tracking or advertising tools.

Retention and your rights

Visit requests and contact messages are kept for twelve months and then deleted; contracts and invoices for as long as the law requires. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion at any time from the contact page, and we reply within thirty days.
